Mosaicms is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for our senior living community in Forest Grove, OR. You will help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, with responsibilities across apartments and common areas.

The role requires reading and writing in English, familiarity with cleaning products and safety protocols, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed, and prior housekeeping or healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and chemical safety.
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds routinely.
• Must demonstrate patience, tact, and professionalism when interacting with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in housekeeping, environmental services, or custodial work, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• Familiarity with OSHA cleaning guidelines and infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize common areas, offices, and entryways.
• Clean carpets and hard-surface floors according to schedule.
• Empty trash from apartments, bathrooms, offices, and common spaces.
• Clean patios, courtyards, sidewalks, ashtrays, and entryways to maintain a neat appearance.
• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces in compliance with infection control standards.
• Follow established daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for all areas of the community.
• Maintain cleanliness of courtyard furniture and outdoor community spaces.
