The role requires calm decision-making, strong observation, and excellent communication. Prior security or hospitality experience is preferred, and on-call availability with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel security or a related field (1–3 years preferred).
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to team member entrances.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify hazards.
• Respond to emergencies per procedures.
• Maintain logs for visitor access and packages.
• Inspect packages for security.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Enforce hotel policies and safety standards.
• Interact professionally with guests to enhance experience.
• Monitor CCTV and report suspicious activities.
