Qualifications

• Two years related experience (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Divinity, Theology or seminary or equivalent course of study. Ordination not required.
• Certification by national healthcare chaplain certifying organization within 3 years of employment or alignment with Common Qualifications and Competencies for Professional Chaplains.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the provision of spiritual care throughout the hospital for patients, families and staff.
• Develop, implement and evaluate the spiritual plan of care through spiritual assessment.
• Educate staff in the provision of spiritual care and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
