Qualificações

• Active RN license in Utah.
• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in pain, nausea, and anxiety management.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced on-call environment.
• Reliable transportation and availability for nights/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to on-call emergency calls for hospice patients.
• Provide direct nursing care and symptom management, including end-of-life care.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on comfort measures and medications.
• Document all interactions and care provided accurately.
