Job summary

Bristol Hospice Llc is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to serve as Warriors of the Night, providing essential hospice care during evenings, nights, and weekends in the Columbus, Ohio area. You will manage after-hours visits, admissions, triage calls, and coordinate with the care team to ensure dignity and comfort for patients and families.

Candidates must be a licensed RN with hospice knowledge, flexible hours, and ability to travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with knowledge of hospice care.

Responsibilities

• Will perform after-hours visits and weekend admissions as needed.
• Coordinate with DPCS, RN Clinical Supervisor/Manager or RN Case Manager.
• Dispatch field staff to patient residences in a timely manner.
• Document calls and outcomes in the call-in system.
• Receive start-of-shift reports and provide end-of-shift reports.
