Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state(s) of assignment.
• - Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

• - Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial nursing assessment on new admissions.
• Coordinate and revise the total plan of care with the care team.
• Regularly communicate patient progress to clinical manager and physician.
