Bethesda Hospice in Willmar, MN is seeking an On-Call Hospice Registered Nurse to deliver skilled, compassionate nursing care in clients’ homes during evenings, overnights, and weekends. You will handle symptom management, medications, and family education, while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.

This part-time role follows a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation with on-call hours from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and mileage reimbursement where applicable.

Qualificações

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota, in good standing.
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a state-mandated background check.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently for communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled hospice nursing care in clients' residences, including symptom management and medication administration.
• Document all care using Bethesda's EMR and comply with Medicare Conditions of Participation.
• Deliver care per hospice standards and regulations.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, physicians, and the hospice team.
• Participate in team meetings and on-call shifts as assigned.
