Superior Hospice in Lakeville, MN is hiring a Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) for a 7 on / 7 off schedule. Active Minnesota RN license required; beeper pay adds to compensation.

You will respond to after-hours calls, perform emergency visits for symptom management, and coordinate care with the hospice team. The position offers autonomy with leadership support, and a schedule that promotes work-life balance while delivering compassionate patient care.

Competenze

• Active Minnesota RN license required.
• Hospice experience preferred; home health, oncology, ICU, palliative care experience encouraged.

Mansioni

• Respond to after-hours hospice calls and urgent patient needs.
• Perform emergency nursing visits for symptom management, pain control, medication administration, and clinical assessment.
• Provide telephone support and education to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team to coordinate care.
• Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation.
