Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Ability to pass background and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle if required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to after-hours calls and perform patient visits as needed.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and revise the care plan as status changes.
• Administer medications per physician plan of care and document care.
• Counsel patient and family to support comfort and dignity.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate clinical notes.
