Job summary
Alpha Omega Hospice in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate hospice care. You will assess patient needs, coordinate care, and support families during critical moments while working a 7 On/7 Off on-call schedule in Tarrant County.

Qualifications
- RN licensed and currently in good standing
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in medical-surgical/acute care; hospice a plus
- Proficient with EMR systems and general computer tasks
- CPR certification may be required by state
Responsibilities
- Respond to patient needs across urgent to routine moments, providing support.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation in home and regulatory records.
- Support families by guiding and educating on care for terminally ill loved ones.
