Job summary

Alpha Omega Hospice is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate hospice care in patients' homes within the Fort Worth area. The role requires evaluating patient needs, coordinating care, and providing preventive and supportive measures during critical moments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing and RN license required.
Minimum 1 year RN experience in medical-surgical/acute care; hospice a plus.
Proficient computer skills with EMR experience; CPR certification may be required by state.

Responsibilities

Be the Lifeline: respond to patient needs across urgent to routine care.
Provide empathetic and heartfely assessments of physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
Maintain accurate documentation in the patient's home and regulatory standards.
Provide support for families by guiding and supporting them during end-of-life care.
