Hospice of the West is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate hospice care to patients and families in the Central Phoenix area. You will identify patient and family needs, coordinate care, and offer preventative measures and compassionate support during critical moments.
Schedule: Friday, 4 pm - Monday, 8 am. Qualifications: BSN preferred, active RN license, 1 year medical-surgical/acute care experience (hospice a plus), EMR proficiency, CPR if required.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN preferred).
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in medical-surgical/acute care; hospice experience a plus.
Aufgaben
- Respond to patient needs in urgent to routine scenarios.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation per agency and regulatory standards.
- Support families with guidance and reassurance during end-of-life care.
