Job summary

Bristol Hospice - Inland Empire, CA is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to serve as Warriors of the Night, providing after-hours hospice care in Riverside and surrounding areas. If you thrive in autonomy, respond with urgency and empathy in critical moments.

You'll perform after-hours and weekend visits, coordinate care with DPCS/RN supervisors, dispatch staff, refill prescriptions and document outcomes in the notes. Must hold an active RN license and embrace hospice philosophy.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with hospice knowledge.
• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• Flexibility for evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform after-hours and weekend visits and admissions as needed.
• Dispatch field staff to patient residences in a timely manner.
• Document calls and outcomes in the software system.
• Coordinate care with DPCS/RN Supervisor and/or RN Case Manager.
