Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with knowledge of hospice.
• Telephone triage experience preferred.
• Flexible in work hours and after-hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform after-hours and weekend visits and admissions as needed.
• Direct phone calls to appropriate supervisor or manage needs within scope of practice.
• Dispatch field staff to patients’ residence in a timely manner.
• Document calls and outcomes in the call-in system.
• Provide start/end of shift reports per location workflow.
