Job summary

A recognized hospice care provider in North Carolina seeks a compassionate On-Call Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care and support patients and their families during critical moments. This full-time position features a 7-day on/7-day off schedule and requires a current North Carolina nursing license and CPR certification. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in hospice or home health care, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years clinical experience required; hospice or home health care experience preferred.
• Current, unrestricted North Carolina nursing license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with physician orders.
• Conduct patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support, education, and guidance to patients and families.
• Collaborate with the care team for quality hospice services.
