Job summary

A recognized hospice care provider in North Carolina seeks a compassionate On-Call Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care and support patients and their families during critical moments. This full-time position features a 7-day on/7-day off schedule and requires a current North Carolina nursing license and CPR certification. Overview

Registered Nurse, On-Call (7 On / 7 Off) – Davie County. Carolina Caring has been nationally recognized by Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work for Seven consecutive years (2019-2025). We seek a compassionate On-Call Registered Nurse to provide high-quality hospice care to patients and support their caregivers. In this role, you will deliver nursing care in accordance with physician orders, conduct patient assessments, and implement individualized care plans. You will also provide emotional support, education, and guidance to patients and their families during critical moments.

Schedule & Service Area

7 days on / 7 days off schedule — paid for 80 hours. This position primarily serves patients in Davie County.

Qualifications

• One to three years clinical experience required; hospice or home health care experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Current, unrestricted North Carolina nursing license required
• CPR certification required
