TruHeart Hospice in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a 7-on/7-off on-call role to provide after-hours hospice nursing support in patients' homes, facilities, and assisted living settings. You will perform skilled nursing assessments, manage symptom control, coordinate with physicians, and document care.

Requirements include an Oklahoma RN license and hospice or home health experience preferred; strong clinical and communication skills are essential.

Position Summary

The On-Call RN is responsible for providing after-hours hospice nursing support, triage, crisis intervention, and visits as needed for hospice patients in homes, facilities, and assisted living settings. This position works a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, offering excellent work-life balance.
