Interim HealthCare Hospice is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate home-based care in Michigan. You will work with a diverse team to implement individualized plans of care, focusing on comfort and quality of life for patients nearing end of life.

The role requires an active MI RN license and at least one year of nursing experience. You’ll support families, educate caregivers, and collaborate with physicians, social workers, and volunteers in a dynamic home care setting.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Michigan.
• At least 1 year of RN experience are required.
• Community health and a broad Medical‑Surgical background are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide home-based hospice care focused on quality of life.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to carry out the plan of care.
• Perform assessments, monitor vitals, manage symptoms, and educate families.
