Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse / RN to provide after-hours and weekend patient care. You’ll support patients and families, manage comfort, and respond to urgent needs in the home setting.

Build trusting relationships with patients and caregivers while educating families on care plans. You’ll coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and maintain documentation for overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
• Flex your schedule to meet agency-staffing needs.
