AdvisaCare is seeking an on-call Hospice RN to join our team in the Saginaw, Bay City, Midland region. This role involves triaging patient calls, performing home visits, tuck-ins, and admissions as needed.

Our On-Call RN will Triage patient calls, make patient visits, preform tuck-ins, and do Admissions as needed.

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing
• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
• Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated
• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a on call basis
