A property management company in California is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain property buildings and grounds. Responsibilities include daily repairs, inventory management, and handling service requests. Candidates should have experience with tools, as well as knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. Full-time position offers competitive compensation between $24.00 and $26.00 per hour, along with various benefits including health programs, vacation time, and a 401(k).

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain and keep an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure the maintenance shop(s) at the close of every workday.

Conocimientos

Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions

Knowledge in HVAC

Knowledge in plumbing

Knowledge in electrical

Property maintenance/handyman experience
