Qualifications

• Licensure/certification per hospital policy.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for total well-being of the patient as the circulating nurse from pre-op through post-procedure documentation.
• Maintain a precise, sterile surgical field by organizing all instrumentation and supplies for efficient procedural flow.
• Assist the operating surgeon with wound exposure, hemostasis, and suturing to drive optimal outcomes.
• Monitor team needs and patient changes, communicating and intervening to sustain procedure progress and safety.
