Cheyenne Mountain Resort, Destination by Hyatt is seeking a friendly General Store Barista to serve handcrafted beverages and grab-and-go items at the Main Lodge. You’ll handle orders, use the POS system, and ensure a welcoming guest experience.

No prior barista experience required; training is provided. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is needed, and you will help with stocking, safety, and maintaining a clean, efficient market during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred but not required. Training provided.
• Strong guest service skills and a warm, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with basic food preparation, cash handling, and operating POS systems.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Position Overview:

The General Store Barista will provide service in the grab-and-go store located the Main Lodge of Cheyenne Mountain Resort. This position will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders. The Barista will prepare beverages in accordance with menu standards and provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests. They are responsible for ordering, restocking, room delivery of orders and preparing food & beverages orders at The General Store. The Barista will be utilizing the POS system to capture orders and process payments. Special tasks/deliveries may be assigned, as necessary, by the supervisor or manager.
