Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of clerical office work, reception, scheduling, and front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to read, speak, write, and follow oral and written directions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk coverage by greeting residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide information, and route inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Assist residents, employees, and visitors with questions, directions, and general support in person and over the phone.
• Handle mail, packages, and deliveries while maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper distribution.
• Support front desk operations by maintaining organization and assisting with clerical tasks.
