Qualifications

• One year of clerical/front desk experience preferred.
• Experience dealing with the public with professional customer service.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions; good record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer and route calls, provide information, and direct inquiries.
• Assist residents and staff with questions, directions, and support in person or by phone.
• Handle mail, packages, and deliveries with accurate records and distribution.
• Support front desk operations and maintain organization and safety.
