SAGERental Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Shreveport, LA. You will be responsible for on-site repair, maintenance, and installation of SAGE rental equipment at client locations, ensuring timely, high‑quality service and adherence to safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be prompt, reliable, and possess excellent communication and support skills, with a proven track record of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must be willing to be on call 24/7 for after-hours requests.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service – Test equipment, diagnose issues and address requests promptly. Maintain relationships and follow safety guidelines.
• Equipment repair and maintenance – Troubleshoot issues, guide customers on usage, create work orders, perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
