Job summary

SAGERental Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team based out of the Shreveport, LA area. The technician will provide on-site repair, maintenance, and installation of rental equipment at client locations, while upholding safety and quality service standards.

The candidate should be prompt, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills. Diesel/service experience and strong problem-solving abilities are preferred, with capability to work on-call 24/7 for after-hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to diagnose issues and provide timely solutions.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests on equipment and machinery; diagnose issues and resolve requests while maintaining customer relationships.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment; create customer work orders and perform required servicing.
