Job summary

Motion offers field service support with a focus on hydraulics, component repair and installation. The role covers on-site repairs, diagnostics and upgrades at customer sites, with a on-call 24/7 component support expectation.

The technician will diagnose issues, document findings, and determine repairs or replacements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. With a technical degree and 3–5 years of related experience, you’ll train customers and collaborate with teams to deliver

Qualifications

Typically requires a technical degree and three to five years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read hydraulic schematics and operate shop equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Performs on-site services for new and existing clients, including emergency repairs and upgrades on a 24/7 on-call basis.
Responsible for installation, diagnostics, repair and support for equipment at customer sites.
Diagnose problems, document findings, decide on repairs or part replacements.
Communicate technical information to stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
May lead small to moderate projects and assist less experienced technicians.
