Job summary

USA MOT Motion Industries, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site services, diagnostics, and repairs on hydraulics and related equipment at customer sites.

You will be responsible for installation, preventative maintenance, and upgrades with a focus on immediate customer satisfaction. The role requires a technical degree and up to three years of related experience, with a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Read hydraulic schematics to diagnose issues.
• Operate shop equipment safely during repairs and maintenance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Collaborate with customers, peers and management to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site services for new and existing clients, including emergency repairs and upgrades.
• Install, diagnose, repair and support equipment at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and training on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
• Communicate service details and recommended improvements to customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
