Bearing Distributors, Inc. is launching Elevate Academy to provide career readiness and on‑the‑job coaching for interns across Atlanta. We are recruiting on‑call Job Coaches to support instructors, deliver hands‑on training, and assess progress in real‑world settings.

This contractor role requires willingness to travel to different job sites, reliable transportation, and availability evenings or weekends. You will work with interns with disabilities, guiding them toward sustained employment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Two years minimum experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Strong teaching skills and systematic instruction abilities.
• Experience in classroom and community-based training with diverse learning styles.
• Evenings and weekends availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted instruction and hands-on training to Elevate Academy interns.
• Evaluate tasks and design tools to meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Implement accommodations and assistive technology to maximize performance.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to interns at job sites.
• Track performance and share data to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with instructors and staff to support classroom learning.
• Travel between assigned work sites and attend scheduled check-ins or events.
• Extend flexibility and take on additional duties as needed.
