Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized internship support including coaching and accommodations.
• Coordinate with instructors, coaches, employers, and families.
• Conduct job/task analyses and match tasks to interns.
• Implement the job coaching plan and adjust as needed.
• Promote positive reinforcement and teach grooming, hygiene, and behavior.
• Provide travel training to job sites when required.
• Ensure completion of paperwork and deadlines.
