Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking experienced Site Inspectors to support disaster recovery across the United States. This on-call role involves field, remote, or hybrid work depending on project needs and client requirements.

Responsibilities include documenting damages, conducting inspections of public infrastructure, and coordinating with engineers, project managers, and applicants to support recovery planning and funding determinations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in building inspection or related field.
• Experience collecting and organizing field data.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field and desktop inspections of disaster-impacted facilities.
• Document damages to public buildings, roads, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Capture photos, measurements, and site conditions for funding programs.
• Prepare clear site inspection reports and maintain records.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and field teams.
• Support FEMA PA and other disaster recovery programs.
