Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, plus three years of work experience in Facility Maintenance.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and carpentry fields required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspects buildings and structures to determine functional systems and malfunctions; reports findings.
• Performs routine maintenance including plumbing, heating, A/C, and electrical systems.
• Repairs/maintains electrical systems; replaces bulbs, ballasts, switches, outlets, breakers, motors, and fixtures.
