Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Retail or Residential Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for completion of all maintenance services requests as assigned.
• Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems, cooking, and other store equipment for repair or replacement needs.
• Inspects HVAC and cooler systems and their components for condition evaluation and preventative maintenance.
• Installs heating and air conditioning equipment to provide upgraded capabilities.
• Maintains tools and equipment to ensure safe operation.
