Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; three years of maintenance or construction experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record per agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and repair facilities according to schedule and priorities.
• Prepare facilities areas for appropriate program use.
• Complete and update work orders from supervisor.
• Accept and transport deliveries of supplies, furniture, and other materials.
• Assist in renovating facilities across the Northern New Jersey service area.
• Participate in routine site safety inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Rotating on-call schedule with the facilities team.
• Provide back-up in emergency safety situations.
