Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; three years of maintenance or construction experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean and repair facilities according to schedule and priority.
• Prepare facility areas for program use and update work orders.
• Accept and transport deliveries of supplies and materials.
• Assist in renovating facilities in the Northern New Jersey service area.
• Support routine site safety inspections and preventive maintenance.
• On-call rotation with facilities team members and emergencies backup.
