Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the dining room and take orders following established steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and dietary considerations; accommodate reasonable requests.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct orders and special requests are met.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork; remain flexible with guests and staff.
• Collect tickets and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining area and proper sanitation before and after service.
• Address complaints promptly and relay information to a supervisor.
• Operate various equipment and assist with events as needed.
