Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an On-Call Facility Worker to support Lansing Center operations. You will perform housekeeping, custodial and grounds services, assist with room setup and tear‑down for events, and help manage equipment in a fast‑paced venue environment.

This is an hourly, non‑exempt role based on site in Lansing, with irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior custodial experience and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of custodial or housekeeping experience.
• Ability to perform duties in a facility environment.
• Strong attention to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping, custodial, grounds, and room set‑up tasks as specified by event orders.
• Assist in directing on‑call staff and maintain a safe work environment.
• Setup and tear down tables, chairs, staging, and equipment for events.
• Follow safety rules and use tools and equipment properly; maintain supplies.
