Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an On-call Facility Worker to support housekeeping, custodial tasks, snow removal, and room setup for Lansing Center events. The role reports to the Operations Coordinator and requires adherence to safety standards and Legends policies in a fast-paced venue environment.

The position involves irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with duties covering interior/exterior spaces, equipment operation, and coordination with other departments to deliver

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and at least two years in custodial or event setup/tear down.
• Demonstrates decision-making, teamwork, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and interact with guests and departments professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine housekeeping, custodial services, and event set-up/tear-down as per BEOs.
• Assist in directing on-call workers and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Maintain inventory, tools, and supplies; ensure proper storage and safety compliance.
