Legends Global is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all Operations functions and custodial services at the Lansing Center complex. The role coordinates across departments and contractors to ensure flawless event execution and facility readiness.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, compliance knowledge, and hands-on experience in budget and vendor management, with willingness to work extended hours during events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or maintenance engineering preferred.
• Min. 2 years' supervisory or management experience in a similar facility.
• Additional experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees all Operations functions and custodial services.
• Coordinates activities with departments and contractors for smooth events.
• Ensures compliance with laws, codes, safety standards, and policies.
• Managed budgets, inventory, contracts, and vendor negotiations.
• Acts as liaison with external agencies and as MOD when required.
