Omni Nashville Hotel is seeking an Events Liaison to coordinate onsite catering and convention services. You will act as the day‑of coordinator between the Meeting Planner and hotel operations, ensuring guest expectations are met with precision and care.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering/convention services or meeting planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite liaison between Meeting Planner and hotel operations.
• Coordinate with Catering/Convention Services and other departments to ensure seamless events.
• Input information accurately into computer systems and Delphi documents.
• Assist with day-to-day event coordination and pre/post event tasks.
• Attend meetings to review event details and ensure adherence to client specifications.
