Compass Group USA is hiring an on-call Catering Attendant in Charlotte, NC. The role supports event functions, with varied days and hours and a $18.50–$20.00 per hour pay range. Three months catering experience preferred; a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

Three months of catering experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license may be required; obtain a food handler’s permit/alcohol servers’ permit where state law requires.

Responsibilities

Assemble and deliver food and supplies to scheduled locations.
Log and maintain food temperatures.
Arrange tables and decorations.
Set up buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items.
Serve food and beverages to guests.
Clean location after event; return equipment to facility.
Distribute and collect guest comment cards.
Stock and maintain catering facility and equipment.
Ensure friendly, courteous service at all times.
Know the menu and products on hand.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
