Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is hiring a part-time Catering Attendant for our Charlotte, NC operations. The role supports scheduled catering events, handles set-up, serving and post-event cleanup, and ensures guest satisfaction with friendly service.

Hours are part-time, with a Tuesday–Thursday schedule; pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Prior food service experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license and food handler’s permit may be required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Prior catering/food service experience preferred (3 years).
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a food handler’s permit (or alcohol permit where required).

Responsibilities

• Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the catering captain.
• Sets up and serves at functions; cleans the event area during and after events.
• Returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.
• Maintains knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand.
• Ensures guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
