Job summary

Très L.A. is seeking polished, experienced bartenders to join our on-call team for busy nights at Très L.A. Bistro & Bar, the Pacific Design Center, and other event locations.

Ideal candidates must have night and weekend availability, enjoy a fast-paced setting, and be able to work late, sometimes until 3:00 AM. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down stations, serving cocktails and beverages, handling cash/POS, and coordinating with servers and kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience in upscale restaurant, catering, event, or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Current Responsible Beverage Service certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, polished bar service in restaurant and event settings.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Set up, stock, break down, and clean bar stations before and after service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready bar throughout the shift.
• Handle cash/POS transactions accurately when assigned.
• Work with servers, captains, managers, and kitchen teams for seamless service.
• Follow all food safety and company policies.
