Job summary

ServiceMaster by RSI seeks a Water Restoration/Mitigation Technician to respond to water-damage events, mitigate and clean up affected properties, and coordinate on-site remediation. The role includes demolition tasks and handling debris as needed.

Candidates should have a valid driver''s license, be at least 18, and be able to lift up to 50–75 lbs. On-call rotation is required; training and safety rules are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license required; able to pass background check and urine analysis.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Demonstrates excellent English communication; adheres to safety rules and completes trainings.

Responsibilities

• Emergency response, mitigation, and cleanup of water-damaged properties; demolition such as removing sheetrock and carpet and debris cleanup.
• On-call schedule: rotating weekly after-hours/weekend coverage; typical hours 7:45 am–5 pm with flexibility when on call.
