Job summary

WSP USA is seeking On Call Emergency Managers in Procurement with the potential to work out of any WSP USA office. These cadre positions are on-call and assignments are on an as-needed basis, with deployments typically within 24-48 hours and long shifts during active responses.

Responsibilities include supporting nationwide disaster preparedness, deployment to EOC or Field Staging Areas, and performing logistics, cost documentation, and project management tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in emergency management or equivalent.
• 5+ years of emergency management experience; city/county/state level preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• FEMA Independent Study PD Series certification.
• Willingness to deploy on short notice for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support Emergency Management team in disaster preparedness, response, and recovery.
• Deploy to Emergency Operations Center or Field Staging Areas during deployments.
• Handle logistics, supply, cost documentation, and resource management tasks.
• Attend periodic training to maintain deployment eligibility.
• Support Emergency Management Project Management activities.
