Job summary

HopeTree Family Services seeks a Staff Supervisor to oversee Direct Support Professionals in a DDM program (Group Home, Day Services, Community Engagement, etc.). The role emphasizes a person-centered, strengths-based approach, coaching and mentoring DSPs, and coordinating day-to-day operations, scheduling, and training on-site.

The position requires leadership, emotional maturity, and the ability to support individuals with I/DD while maintaining compliance with DDM policies and HTFS values.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating services for individuals with I/DD preferred.
• Strong leadership, emotional maturity, and patience to support social and emotional needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Coordinate scheduling and on-site presence for program operations.
• Coach, teach and mentor DSPs in home management and care practices.
• Ensure adherence to DDM policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and regional managers for team meetings and coverage.
• Maintain documentation including progress notes, goals, and incident reporting.
• Support emergency on-call rotations and after-hours coverage.

Education

Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field
