Westminster at Lake Ridge is seeking PRN/On-Call dining servers to provide table service in its community dining rooms. The role includes greeting residents, taking orders, serving meals, preparing drinks, and maintaining clean, sanitary dining areas.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of dining room experience, with strong customer service skills. CPR training and growth opportunities are available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of dining room service experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and provide strong customer service.
• Proficient in the operation of the Meal Tracker computer application.

Responsibilities

• Table service in community dining rooms.
• Greets residents and guests; takes orders and enters them into the system.
• Prepares drinks; ensures timely meal service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness per health regulations.
