Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning methods; proficient in meal service operations; familiarity with Meal Tracker software.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining room tables and banquet spaces in accordance with standards.
• Greet residents and guests; take orders and relay to kitchen or bar as needed.
• Enter orders into the computer system; prepare drinks and serve meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas; assist with clearing tables and resetting spaces.
