Job summary

Westminster at Lake Ridge is seeking part-time dining servers to join our senior living community in Lake Ridge, VA. You will provide table service in the community dining rooms and ensure a welcoming, courteous environment for residents and guests.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of dining room experience; familiarity with Meal Tracker is a plus. Benefits include PTO accrual, scholarships, onsite CPR training, daily pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of dining room service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in sanitation and cleaning methods.
• Experience with Meal Tracker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining room tables and chairs prior to service.
• Provide timely, courteous table service during meals.
• Assist with buffet setup and food delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Greet residents and guests and advise on menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
